Subscriptions and Payments

NoCal may offer paid features or subscriptions through the App Store. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented during purchase and managed through your Apple account unless otherwise stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoCal and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its content.
